The metrics tell a story of a team that is executing reliably at the individual level but has not yet built the reporting and visibility infrastructure that leadership requires at scale.

The Neil-led ticket hygiene initiative surfaced systemic issues that had been invisible to the Director layer. Zach's resolution of the ACA tablet connectivity issue at Hidden Lake demonstrated cross-functional competence beyond his role classification. Diana's proactive capacity planning for Monterrey prevented what would have been a service gap during Cesar's leave.
